Price and time

01

How much does a website cost?

Projects start at €2,000.

We don’t use a one-size-fits-all package, so the final price depends on the scope, number of pages, complexity, integrations, motion, custom assets and any additional functionality the project requires.

You’ll always receive a clear quote before any work begins.

02

How long does a website take?

Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks once we have everything needed to begin.

Larger or more technically complex projects may take longer, but the expected timeline is always defined before the project starts.

03

Can you deliver a website urgently?

Yes.

When our schedule allows it, we offer an urgency option, and some projects can be delivered in less than two weeks.

The additional fee depends on the required turnaround and our availability at the time.

Choosing who builds it

01

Should I use a website builder or hire a web design studio?

A website builder like Wix or Squarespace is a fair start when the budget is very small and the site only needs to exist.

It gets harder when the site has to win clients, because every template looks like thousands of others and the structure is the same for everyone.

A studio plans the site around your business, writes and designs it for the people you want to reach, and builds it to load fast and be found. If the website is meant to bring in work, that difference usually pays for itself.

02

What is the difference between a web design agency and a studio?

An agency usually has account managers, several layers between you and the people doing the work, and many projects running at once.

A studio like ours is small on purpose. You talk to the people who design and build your site, we take on a few projects at a time, and decisions happen in days rather than weeks.

03

How do I build a website for my business?

Start with what the site has to do, which is usually bringing in calls, bookings or sales. Then decide who it is for and what they need to see before they get in touch.

From there it is structure, copy, design and the build. You can do it yourself with a website builder, or have a studio take it from the first call to launch.

With us that takes two to four weeks, with something for you to approve at the end of every phase.

04

Is a website better than an Instagram page?

Instagram is good for being seen, but you don't own it and it can't answer the questions a buyer has before they call.

A website is where people go to check that you are real, compare you with the alternatives and get in touch, and it is yours.

The project

01

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes.

We can either work from what already exists or rethink the website completely.

For redesign projects, we usually review the current structure, content, user journey, visual direction and performance before deciding what should stay, what should change and what needs to be rebuilt.

02

Can you build websites on Shopify, Webflow, WordPress or other platforms?

Yes.

Whenever possible, we prefer to build from scratch because it gives us the most creative and technical freedom.

However, when a platform makes more sense for the project, we can also design and build within systems such as Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, WooCommerce, Framer and Squarespace.

We choose the setup based on the requirements of the project, not the other way around.

03

Do you build e-commerce stores?

Yes.

We build e-commerce stores and more complex digital projects that require a more advanced technical infrastructure, including databases, back-end systems, authentication, payment systems, integrations and custom functionality.

These projects are usually more expensive than a standard website because there is significantly more infrastructure to design, develop and test.

When it makes sense, we can also build the store on a platform such as Shopify, which handles much of the underlying commerce infrastructure and can significantly reduce the amount of custom back-end development required.

04

Do I need to provide all the content?

Not necessarily.

If you already have copy, photography, video or brand assets, we can work with them.

If something is missing, we can help structure the content, refine the copy and create or source the visual assets needed for the project.

05

Do you create motion, video and 3D content?

Yes.

Motion, video, 2D/3D assets and interactive elements are part of many of our projects.

We use them when they improve the experience, help explain something or strengthen the way the brand is presented, not simply to add more effects to the page.

06

How many revisions are included?

We work through structured review rounds during the project rather than leaving all feedback until the end.

The exact revision process depends on the scope of the project and is defined before work begins.

07

What do you need from us to get started?

We usually need a clear understanding of the business, the purpose of the website, the target audience, existing brand material, available content and any technical requirements.

From there, we define what is actually needed for the project instead of sending you a generic checklist.

08

What makes a website convert visitors into clients?

A clear message in the first few seconds, a structure that answers people's questions in the order they have them, proof that you are real, and one obvious next step on every page.

Speed matters too. Many visitors leave a slow site before it has even finished loading.

Launch and after

01

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes, where that makes sense.

We can create editable areas for content that needs regular updates, while keeping more complex parts of the website protected.

The exact setup depends on the technology and the requirements of the project.

02

What happens after the website is launched?

We can continue supporting the website after launch through ongoing hosting, maintenance and support.

Depending on the plan, this can include technical maintenance, updates, minor changes, troubleshooting and general support.

03

Do you work with clients all over the world?

Yes.

Our process is designed to work remotely, from the initial call through strategy, design, development and launch.

Location doesn’t change the way we run the project.

04

Will my website show up on Google?

Every site we build has its page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and structured data set up from the start, and it is built to load fast on phones, which Google rewards.

Ranking also depends on your content and on how competitive your market is, so we are honest about what a new site can do on day one.

05

Can AI assistants like ChatGPT find my website?

They can when the site is built for it. The text of every page is in the HTML from the first response, the business is described in structured data, and a short llms.txt file tells AI assistants what you do, what it costs and how to reach you.

We set all of this up on our own site, and we can do the same on yours.
