# How a project runs at Elypt

## Strategy (Week 1)

We learn the business before we touch the design, from what you sell and who buys it to what has worked and what hasn't. Then we plan the site around one goal and show you the look before anything is built.

You get: A plan of the site and an approved visual direction.

## Build (Weeks 1–4)

We design and build the full site from scratch and fill it with your content. You can follow it on a private link at any time, and your feedback comes in rounds, each one made and shown back before the next.

You get: A finished site you have seen and approved.

## Launch (Week 4)

The site goes live with the right structure, a clear path for every visitor and tracking in place from day one. A last test on real devices, then a short call walks you through it.

You get: A live site, and everything you need to run it.

## Grow (After launch)

After launch we keep improving the results, with optimisation, more of the right traffic and changes that perform. We look at what visitors do and change what holds them back.

You get: A site that keeps getting better at its job.
